The EZ-SmartLog™  with high contrast LCD measures and stores up to 16,378 temperature readings over a -35 to +80°C (-31°F to +176°F) range. The data logger is easy to use and the logging rate, start time and download of stored data can be carried out by plugging the data logger into a PC USB port and running the supplied software.
